This year was very successful, I had to change
very few bulbs, only got on the roof a couple
of time and climb into the center of the Mega
tree twice I think during the season. This year
we had 53,405 lights,164 channels and eight
songs. It took 6 weeks to setup this year,
3days to take down and 1 day to put it all
away. Not too bad!
We have been decorating our houses since
1987 but it wasn't until 2006 that I went to full
computer control on my lights and my lights
dance to the music. If you look on the Videos
page you can see the songs that I had my lights
dancing to in 2006, 2007 and 2009.
We were unable to decorate in 2008 due to
moving into our new house in the middle of the
holiday season.
In 2006 we had 112 computer channels
controlling 15,000 lights. In 2007 we had 176
channels controlling over 28,001 lights.
